  • All footwear listed on EzzyWalk.pk is used or pre-loved, unless the specific product description explicitly states the item is ‘New’ or ‘Box-Pack’.
  • Product Description
  • Detailed Listing: The condition, size (both mentioned and measured), brand, material, and high-resolution photographs are provided on each individual product page.
  • Expected Wear: Customers acknowledge that, as pre-loved items, some products may exhibit minor, normal signs of use, cosmetic wear, or imperfections (e.g., slight creasing, minimal sole wear) that are consistent with their secondhand nature.
  • Visual Representation: Due to variations in photographic lighting, monitor color settings, and screen resolutions, the actual color, shade, and texture of the product may slightly differ from the on-screen image. We do not guarantee a 100% exact match between the digital image and the physical product.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are strongly encouraged to meticulously review all provided size details (including inner measurements), high-definition photos, and condition notes before committing to an order.


    Pricing, Payments, and Charges

    Pricing Structure
  • All prices for products and services are clearly stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change at any time based on factors including market conditions, sourcing costs, availability, and overall demand, without prior notification.

    Payment Methods
  • We accept the following payment options:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most locations across Pakistan.
  • Advance Payment: Customers may opt for advance payment via bank transfer or mobile wallet. This is optional but encouraged for faster processing.

    Charges
  • Delivery Charges: Applicable delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable and vary based on the customer’s city/location and the chosen courier service. These charges are communicated during the order placement process.
  • Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, if any.


    Order Processing and Confirmation

    Order Confirmation
  • Upon successfully placing an order through the website, the customer may receive:
  • An automated confirmation message (SMS/Email).
  • A follow-up phone call or WhatsApp message from EzzyWalk.pk staff for verbal order confirmation and address verification.

    Cancellation by Customer
  • If the customer fails to respond to confirmation attempts or provides insufficient/unverified information, EzzyWalk.pk reserves the right to treat the order as unconfirmed and cancel it without further notice.

    Right to Cancel by EzzyWalk.pk
  • EzzyWalk.pk reserves the absolute right to cancel any order, even after confirmation, under the following circumstances:
  • The ordered item is found to be out of stock, damaged, or otherwise unavailable upon final inspection.
  • Receipt of incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious customer information (e.g., fraudulent address).
  • Inability to establish contact with the customer for order verification.
  • The order is deemed fake, suspicious, or high-risk.
  • Pricing or product description error.


    Shipping and Delivery

    Courier Service
  • All orders are shipped via reputable third-party logistics and courier companies.

    Delivery Timeline
  • Standard Delivery: The estimated delivery time is typically 2 to 6 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination’s location (major city vs. remote area).
  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, national or public holidays, unforeseen courier workload spikes, or logistical challenges in remote delivery areas.

    Liability in Transit
  • EzzyWalk.pk’s responsibility for the parcel concludes the moment it is successfully handed over to the courier company. We are not responsible for delays, errors, misplacements, or damage to the package that occur while the parcel is under the care and control of the third-party courier service. Customers should contact the courier company directly for transit-related inquiries after dispatch.


    Return and Exchange Policy

  • Given the pre-loved nature of our products, our Return and Exchange Policy is strictly governed. We aim for customer satisfaction, but returns are only accepted in specific, verifiable cases.

    Return/Exchange Acceptance Criteria
  • A return or exchange will be considered only if one of the following conditions is met:
  1. Wrong Item Delivered: The shoe received is completely different from the item shown on the order confirmation.
  2. Major Discrepancy in Size: The actual size measurement (e.g., inner length) is drastically different from the measurement explicitly mentioned in the product description.
  3. Major Undisclosed Defect: The item contains a significant, structural defect (e.g., a major tear, broken sole component) that was not clearly visible, noted, or pictured in the product listing/photos.

    Return Conditions and Procedure
  • Notification Window: The customer must notify EzzyWalk.pk of the issue via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the parcel, as per the courier’s delivery timestamp.
  • Condition of Item: The product must be returned in its original, unworn, unused, undamaged, and clean condition, exactly as it was received.
  • Proof: Clear photographic and/or video evidence of the discrepancy or defect must be submitted with the return request.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all courier charges incurred for returning the item to EzzyWalk.pk.
  • Exchange: Any exchange is strictly subject to the availability of the required size or another item in our current stock.


    Refund Policy

    Cases for Refund
  • Refunds are processed only under the following verified circumstances:
  • The item ordered is found to be unavailable after the payment has been processed.
  • The wrong item was delivered, and a suitable exchange product is not available in stock.

    Cases Where Refund is Not Applicable
  • No refunds will be given for:
  • The wrong size being chosen or a minor fitting issue caused by the customer (as size checks are the customer’s responsibility, as per Section 2.2).
  • Customer ‘change of mind’ or subjective dissatisfaction with minor, disclosed wear marks.
  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition by the customer.
  • Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

    Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed and initiated within 3 to 7 working days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and the claim verified by EzzyWalk.pk staff.


    Order Cancellation Policy

    Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
  • Orders can only be successfully cancelled by the customer before the parcel has been physically handed over to the courier company for dispatch.

    Refusal to Accept Delivery
  • If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel at the time of delivery, they will be liable for the courier charges incurred for both outward and return shipping. Furthermore, the customer’s account may be permanently blocked from placing future COD or advance payment orders with EzzyWalk.pk due to the loss in shipping, handling, and logistics costs.


    Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • All materials, content, designs, photographs, text, logos, trade names, and videos displayed on EzzyWalk.pk are the exclusive property of EzzyWalk.pk and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
  • Prohibition: No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, modified, or used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the explicit, prior written consent of EzzyWalk.pk.
  • Enforcement: Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.


    Privacy and Data Protection

  • We highly value and respect your privacy.
  • Data Usage: Customer personal information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email) is used strictly and solely for the purposes of: order processing, delivery, and necessary customer support communication.
  • Data Sharing: We will not sell, rent, or share customer information with any third party, except for sharing the necessary delivery details with the contracted courier company for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • Security: While we employ reasonable security measures to protect your data, EzzyWalk.pk shall not be held liable for any data breaches, leaks, or losses resulting from hacking, external cyber-attacks, or events that are beyond our reasonable control.


    Customer Responsibilities

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following responsibilities:
  • To thoroughly examine all provided product details, including size measurements, photographs, and condition notes, before placing the order.
  • To provide an accurate, complete, and verifiable delivery address, contact number, and necessary contact details.
  • To promptly answer confirmation calls or messages from EzzyWalk.pk.
  • Any error, mistake, or dissatisfaction stemming from a failure to check product details is the sole responsibility of the customer.


    Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • In no event shall EzzyWalk.pk, its owners, or its employees be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
  • Limits: Our liability is expressly limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EzzyWalk.pk from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your use of the website or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.


    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal action or proceeding related to the use of EzzyWalk.pk shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pakistan.


    Changes to Terms

  • EzzyWalk.pk reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. The updated version will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to ensure continued compliance.
